Owned and operated by Canadian racing veteran "Rocket" Ron Sheridan of Mt. Brydges Ontario, and Crew Chief Ken Kellestine of Melbourne Ontario. Based in Strathroy, Ontario, RKR Motorsports is on the cusp of a fantastic season of opportunity for 2010. Having been a part of the race scene in Southwestern Ontario since the early 90's, RKR has had the priveledge of being involved with many different programs, and enjoyed great success in racing.  In addition to the usual racing programs that RKR is involved with each season, a new partnership with Canusa Motorsports announced for 2010 brings with it the exciting opportunity for Ron to pilot the Total Lubricants/Belfor/APC Ford Fusion for 3 races in the Nascar Canadian Tire series (presented by Mobil 1). The first of three kicks off on June 5th at Delaware Speedway, then on to St. Eustache Autodrome on July 3rd, with a finish at Kawartha Speedway on September 25th. The Driver:  Following his career driving for Cuddy Transportation in the early 90's, Ron Sheridan went on to run his own auto parts company before getting involved with McColl Racing Enterprises, first on the pitcrew and eventually moving into the driver seat for the Cascar program. This was a natural progression following his experience in the Street Stock and Late model divisions.  Ron was then approached by home-track Delaware Speedway to teach driving protocol in the Cascar Junior racing program (age9-18), thus beginning his career and love of skill-building and instruction that continues today. The Crew Chief:  As co-owner of RKR Motorsports, Ken brings with him a long history of knowledge and expertise. With his career knowledge of welding and fabricating, ken began building race cars and engines. Now, as an Industrial Mechanical Millwright and machinist, Ken builds and maintains some of the fastest cars on the Canadian circuit.
