The Pit Crew Challenge is a partnership program developed in 2001 between RKR Motorsports and Robert A. Parker & Associates Inc. (London Ontario). The goal of the program is to provide an unconventional training program for innovative companies, using the pit crew concept as the motivation for team-building.  The program is fascilitated by Bob Parker, world renowned motivational trainer and speaker, and challenges participants to work together and assume a new perspective in order to achieve organizational effectiveness through 'Teaming'.  As a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Philosophy, Bob Parker is also a past president of the Southwestern Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers as well as a member of the Global Resource Network at Duke Corporate Education in North Carolina where we works with International Fortune 100 companies.
